from 6.00

Wuyi Mountain is home to red (black) tea, but primarily the origin of rock teas, a backed kind of Oolong tea grown originally in steep sandstone terrain.

This Shuixian was harvested at Sancai Gardens during Guyu (First Flush ~ 20th April) and traditionally hand processed, but oven baked.
Please use first a porcelain Gaiwan to experience the full flavour picture before pouring in your high-fired pot.
