Wuyi Mountain is home to red (black) tea, but primarily the origin of rock teas, a backed kind of Oolong tea grown originally in steep sandstone terrain.

This Baiji Guan was harvested at Bai Cao Rock during Guyu and complete traditionally hand processed as well as charcoal baked on a bamboo hat.
Please use first a porcelain Gaiwan to experience the full flavour picture before pouring in your high-fired pot.
