High mountain Tieguanyin, Oolong tea from Mt. Gaoligong, Yunnan

from 3.00

High mountain Oolong teas need to be harvested at an average altitude exceeding 800m, which you will easily find in Taiwanese gardens, but in Anxi, Fujian province this is quite difficult. I met some Taiwanese and they showed me their plantations, one in 1.800m, 2.300m and 2.500m, but all in Mainland, at Gaoligongshan, Yunnan. High moisture and high temperature pass by here from the Gulf of Bengals to Tibetan high plateau, providing similar growing conditions and results.
This Tieguanyin is from the lower garden at 1.800m and convinces with deep floral bouquet.
